Job Description / Responsibility
• Plan, supervise and execute the operational activities of Administration department.
• Monitor and ensure proper utilization of office furniture and fixtures.
• Develop and implement administrative systems, record management; office management etc.
• Ensure supplies of stationery and equipments.
• Ensure utility services.
• Look after cleanliness, safety and security issues.
• Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of transport department
• Liaison with various outside agencies/Govt. departments.
• Ensure logistic support as and when required.
• Ensure that material resources are correctly utilized.
• Assist Head of Admin in day-to-day operational activities.

Educational Requirements
MBA/Masters in Management from a reputed university
