Identifying & analyzing individual level/group level training needs
Organizing & conducting training and development for large group of employees.
Evaluating the level of knowledge & skill transfer through conducted training programs.
Educational Requirements
MBA from a reputed University major in HRM or Diploma in HRM
Experience Requirements
4 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HR
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven & Knitting)
Additional Job Requirements
Age 30 to 35 year(s)
Only males are allowed to apply.
Minimum 5 years experience in HR Management in national, multi-national company. Garment related experience would be Preferable.
Well versed in local labor laws and good knowledge of HR practices in the local market.
Well networked with HR practitioners, HR consultants and recruitment agencies.
Able to work independently and act proactively.
Well experienced in competency based interviewing skill
Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access).
Good command of spoken and written English.
Able to communicate effectively with all levels.
