Job Description / Responsibility
Provide high quality guest service, ensuring a safe, clean, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
Attend to guests warmly during check in/out.
Handle guest enquiries, feedback, complaints and requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide customers with satisfying and memorable experience by mingling with them and furnishing hem with travel information within Singapore and in the region.
Maximize sales and revenue for the Motel.
Educational Requirements
Post Graduation/Graduation/Diploma with minimum 1 years experience in related field.
Or
MBA/BBA with minimum 1 years experience in related field.
Experience Requirements
1 to 4 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Face-to-Face Customer Support, Guest Relations/Services, Online (web/e-mail) Support
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotels/Rosorts, Travel Agents/Tour Operators
Additional Job Requirements
Age 25 to 40 year(s)
Hostelling / hospitality experience preferred.
Warm and friendly disposition and pro-active and passionate about customer service.
Enjoy meeting travelers from all over the world and sensitive to cultural differences when working with them.
Ability to work effectively and independently with minimum supervision.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Bengali & English.
Computer and Internet knowledge.
Able to work shifts.
Able to start work at short notice or immediately.
