Ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing. Manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualified candidates for position vacancies within the company.
Good knowledge and experience of Buyers Code of Conducts and handle social & Technical Audits. handling multiple standards – Quality, Environment & Health & Safety issue.
Preparing & developing the factories for buyers visit or third parties, communicating with audit companies, buyers and other agencies. Maintaining communication with all government/compliance related organization.
Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment.

Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing)
Additional Job Requirements
Minimum 2 (Two) years practical experience in Factory HR, Compliance in officer position. Preference would be given to the candidates working with the home textile units on the same position.
Sound knowledge on Labor Laws, rules & regulations is essential.
Good command over English and Bengali & sound computer proficiency
Good presentation and written communication skill
Should have sound knowledge to handle Industrial Relations
Must have good skills on implementing compliance on production floors.
