Chief Financial Officer - Pedrollo Nk - Chittagong

Job Description / Responsibility
Responsible for all aspect of financial and accounting through the organization.
Strong control and monitoring of company taxation, VAT and other regulatory fees.
Assure books/records and systems are kept according to GAAP standards.
Manage the relationship with the Bank and independent Acctg firms.
Coordinate / participate in quarterly/annual Bank and outside audits.
Develop track and analyze key financial and business performance measurement against budgets.
Work with various Dept. Heads to upgrade internal control, reporting systems, corporate policies and procedures, recommended, establish and implement where needed.
Partner with business leader and staff to drive operating performance and act as leader for strategic initiative.
Ownership for developing estimates, forecast, budget and business plan.
Drive profitable growth by analysis of financial result
Work with controllership and operational team to developing standard operating process.
Lead cross functional project to drive simplification through the organization.
Ensure the accuracy, timeless of financial closing, its process and reporting to Bank. Assisting as needed.
Regulatory reporting, establish financial reporting as tool of management decision making and strategic planning, long term & Short term financial decision.
Prepare consolidated financial statements
Analyze & minimize cost for business development, control and justify other expenses.
Review and negotiate business agreements, leases.
Prepare/coordinate and review annual budget and its timely submission.
Strategic Planning, development, assessment & risk management, supply the ideas to management in adverse situations.
Treasury operations streamline the financial supply chine, fund and cash management including oversight of A/R & A/P.
Work closely with operation, sales, marketing on business issues as well as BOD as it impact financial result.
Develop management reporting / analysis tools / key indication in various departments resulting in measurement of performance and corrective.
Handling project with major financial impact, venture capital investment, serving key advisor the company.
Oversee Human Recourse payroll and ensure compliance.
IT advancement.

Educational Requirements
ACA / FCA
Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced personnel

Experience Requirements
5 to 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Qualified with charted Accountancy of 10 years experience
Post qualified 5 years experience
