Job Description / Responsibility
Plan and prepare admin budget, execute and follow up all administrative function.
To maintain office discipline and office staff management.
Follow up purchase function
Follow up fuel statement.
To arrange employee and worker vehicle
To ensure salary check.
Follow up security function
ensure employee launch and arrange for worker Tiffin.
Follow up subcontract factory.
To prepare night bill for applicable person
To prepare night allowance.
To ensure compliance audit.
Co ordinate with all other department for both outer & in-house administrative function
To prepare monthly report to all administrative function.
Monthly report submit to GM (Admin and HR.
Educational Requirements
Minimum Masters
Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Inventory/Store Management
Additional Job Requirements
Age 24 to 30 year(s)
Only males are allowed to apply.
Must be know the office package.
Good communication and presentation skill in English and Bangle.
