Job Description / Responsibility
To manage the Executive Director’s (ED) calendar and schedule, screening callers, arranging appointments, meetings and conferences, as directed
To accumulate various reports from different divisions of the institute.
To independently prioritize and follow up on multiple incoming issues and concerns addressed to the ED;
To respond to public inquiries on the telephone and in person with visitors to the ED’s office.
To provide information and assistance to the public in a courteous manner and with sensitivity to the diversity of a multi-cultural audience
To maintain Liaison between existing and potential clients, govt bodies, NGOs and donor agencies.
To maintain the electronic documents as well as the manual filing system to support ED’s day to day activities.
Educational Requirements
Masters degree in Economics/ English/ Finance/ Social Science from a recognized University.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
Age 25 to 35 year(s)
The incumbent must have a can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skill.
Excellent oral & written communication skills both in Bangla and English
Must be able to multi- task and have a mindset to work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office Package and Internet.
Salary Range
