Must be pleasant and have an outgoing personality
Should be able to work under stress, can work independently as well as being a good team player
Analyze the feedback and come up with solution
Report to the management on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Educational Requirements
Should have IBA, Dhaka University Graduate
Any Foreign Diploma / Certificate degree will be added as an extra qualification
Good IELTS/ TOEFL score will be preferable
Must be good in English conversation
