Customer Support Engineer - GTD Bangla - Dhaka

Job Description / Responsibility
Provide Second level technical support to Amadeus internal and external customers.
Communicate accurately to customers via telephone, fax, queue message and email as quickly as possible in a polite and courteous manner and within agreed service levels
Provide on site customer support where required.
Report problems to internal and external support departments in a clear and precise format
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
To make excellent customer relationship.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor in Computer Science/ Information Technology

Experience Requirements
1 to 2 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support, Hardware Engineer, Network Engineer/Network Administrator
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP, IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements
Age 24 to 32 year(s)
Only males are allowed to apply.
Extensive troubleshooting knowledge of Operating System WinxpSP2, Windows Vista, Linux.
Advance knowledge of Wide Area Network, Local Area Network.
Expert on manageable Switch, Firewall, Broadband router, Dual WAN Router, ADSL/SDSL Modem, Print server.
Experienced on VPN, Squid, Remote Support,
Customer Focus & Understand customer needs.
Ability to sort through complex issue, perform root cause analysis & conduct comparative analysis of multiple solutions.
Ability to indentify, analyze, priotize issues, problem and improvement.
Ability to work under pressure, cope with stress and stay calm in a crisis.
Strong communication skill in English for both verbal and written
