Job Description / Responsibility
This position is for working with the Managing Director
This position requires excellent drafting abilities in English & Bangla.
Sound knowledge with e-mail correspondence for local and international contacts.
The individual shall require to assist all the day to day operations and
maintain appointments for the MD
Must have positive attitude all the time and energy to grow within the organization.
Arranging meeting, coordination between MD various national and international organizations.
Prepare speech for the MD
Accumulating various reports from different departments on behalf of MD.
Hotel and ticket booking & Traveling

Educational Requirements
Graduate/O Level

Experience Requirements
1 to 2 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Personal Secretary

Additional Job Requirements

Age 20 to 27 year(s)
Excellent in English speaking and writing
Good communication skill
Good Computer knowledge
Use of email and internet experience
Excelent Capability Drafting
Have mentality to work beyond hours.
Must be able to work under stressful environment
Very puntual and must understand the urgency the top
