Executive Sales - Rancon Motors

Job Description / Responsibility
Planning and implementing yearly Sales process that support customer satisfaction sales standard.
Monitor result of the customer satisfaction sales survey
Implement process strategies to continually improve customer satisfaction ratings.
Maintain a customer relation policy with a customer record and follow up system and resolve customer complaints.
Ensure profitability of the vehicle sales department through the sale of vehicles, financing, dealer option and accessories.
Implement effective advertising and merchandising programs to increase showroom traffic and sales.
Supervise the total sales system that recognize and enforces concepts leading to repeat buyers and referrals as well as includes effective prospecting demonstration, customer handling, closing and delivery programs.
Keep current on new vehicle markets trend, competitive activities and pricing.
Always present during business hours to actively meet and greet customers.

Educational Requirements
BBA/ MBA Major in Marketing

Experience Requirements
1 to 3 year(s)
