Supervisor- Customer Service - Nokia Authorised Care Centre - Dhaka

Job Description / Responsibility
• Train, coach and manage all customer service representatives.
• Handling complaining customers and following up their complains.
• Liaising between customer service department and other departments.
• Be aware of all areas of possible loss due to mistakes, or carelessness.
• Communicate all information to customer service representatives regarding changes in policies, new offers or any other issue.
• Expedite front lines, direct flow of customers, and ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment.
• Help solve problems that affect the service and efficiency of the front end.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
• Perform the tasks as required time to time.

Educational Requirements
Should have Masters Degree in any field but it can be relaxed in case of relevant experiences.

Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Counseling, Call Centre Training, Customer Support through Phone, Face-to-Face Customer Support, Online (web/e-mail) Support

Additional Job Requirements
Age 24 to 29 year(s)

Able to:
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop and train work force, build relationships, utilize skills of workforce most appropriately.
• Manage front end operations effectively.
• Process information through computer system and register system.
• Maintain a fair, consistent set of standards as they apply to work force.
• Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain records and documentation pertaining to work.
• Communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understands material, and provides instructions to all employees.
Salary Range
TK.7000 - 9000
