Executive- Market Research - A public Listed Engineering Industry - Dhaka

Job Description / Responsibility
Ability to contact and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders on various issues
Good understanding of the facts and dynamics of the media world and ability to comprehend a situation or a case and should be able to disseminate that among various groups of people.
Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activity
Manage all market research, advertising & promotion etc.
Initiate, execute and participate seminar, conference, fair, other promotional events in coordination with marketing department.
Assists in the identification and development of business building ideas and works with other business unit team members.
Plan for promotional activities and campaigns
Having insights in consumer choice, judging market demographics and bringing out brand related creativity etc.
Support to ensure that Corporate Marketing team deliver results with optimized effectiveness and efficiency as per the plan, budget, and preset milestones and parameters.
Liaison and support Divisional and Marketing teams to create Group synergy and achieve their functional and business objectives.

Educational Requirements
BBA / MBA (Marketing) from DU or any other university.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 22 to 28 year(s)

Extensive knowledge in external & internal communications, media relations and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) communications.
Good understanding of trade marketing and distribution, strategy and planning. Excellent interpersonal skills and effectively works with cross-functional teams in efforts to achieve successes beyond the stated targets.
Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds.
Fluent in written and spoken versions of both English and Bengali.
