Job Description / Responsibility
Optimization of productivity using Research Methodology; forecasting of the Production Flow and minimization of cost using statistical tools & applications;
Develop automated schedule to include design, set-up of calendars etc; alter schedules as needed to accomodate unusual/ unexpected situation/ requests;
Communicate with production department to determine their needs and schedule jobs to meet their needs;
Alert production department to problems and help develop a `best` or `alternative` solution in order to maintain timely job flow;
Review productions for successful runs/ completions. Define problems detected and work to resolve problems;
Maintain production library and job documentation manuals and provide operational instruction;
Any other task assigned by the management.

Masters in Statistics

Minimum 3 year(s)

Production
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven & Knitting)
Additional Job Requirements
Age limit up to 32 years;
Sound knowledge in using SPSS and other statistical softwares;
Extensive knowledge of practices of data processing;
Ability to work under pressure;
Should have capability to face critical situation;
Excellent command over English and Bengali & sound computer proficiency.
