Job Description / Responsibility
Candidate will be responsible for achieving the marketing and sales target.
Monthly marketing and sales target should be achieved as well as weekly marketing and sales report to be prepared.
Responsible for overall brand marketing to create corporate customer demand.
Formulating the brand’s long-term strategy and developing and executing marketing plans.
Defining the brand’s pricing, advertising and promotion strategies.
Executing marketing initiatives in support of long term strategies through leadership.
Accountability for delivering the brand’s profit, volume and market share objectives.
Educational Requirements
Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
MBA in Marketing will be considered as an added qualification
Additional Job Requirements
Age 22 to 28 year(s)
Experience in event Marketing, planning and implementing will given preference
Computer literacy and internet friendly
Must be honest, sincere, hardworking, energetic & target oriented.
Preference will be given for those who have experience in direct selling/ marketing.
Excellent communication skill in English & Bengali.
Communication skill in making presentation is a must.
Able to present in writing his / her plans and programs.
Excellent inter-personal communication skill.
Experience is not required but will be considered as an added qualification
Must be smart & self motivated.
Good communication & presentation skills for corporate level presentation.
Ability to work under pressure.
Should be fluent in English & Bengali (spoken, written & understanding)
Excellent in MS Office package.
