Job Description / Responsibility
Support ISP MAC Distributor & Corporate User.
Support to customer for broadband user of home and corporate.
Assist in accounts and provide field customer service24/7.
Educational Requirements
B.Sc/ Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering from any Institute of Bangladesh.
Additional Job Requirements
Age 20 to 25 year(s)
The applicants must have knowledge on:
Customer Support, IT System Management, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP. Through understanding on MAC , IP Telephony and server maintenance.
Linux and scripting skills will be considered as added advantage.
Person with experience in related field will be encouraged, regardless of education qualification stated above.
Applicant should be able to access Linux & Mikrotik System.
