Job Description / Responsibility
Analyzing & reviewing the market response/ requirements.
Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends. Coordinating with superiors and informing the market position.
Forecasting monthly/annual sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thereby enhancing existing clientele.
Devising & effectuating competitive selling programs/strategies to improve product awareness & enhance business growth.
Identifying and networking resulting in deeper market penetration.
Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
Interfacing with clients for cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
Managing activities pertaining to negotiating of deals for smooth execution of sales & order processing.
Evaluation of customer feedback and complaints and corresponding interactions with all concerned.
Attending technical problems. Taking trials in front of customer to solve the problems
Monitoring physical/ chemical testing reports and setting/correcting parameters as and when required.
Also testing of the vendor sample for the cost effective development of new products.
Competition analysis of Principals product against major competition product in the market, so as to prepare the strong technical sales argument.
With the help of commercial team in India and Dhaka, coordinate complete of shipped goods or tracking till reaching the port of destination. Timely co-ordination with the Principals team members for technical and logistic matters
To study the market potential and the competition activities launching new products in the region.
Constant study and evaluation for new products and sources by way of market study and identification of new competitive and qualitative sources.
Product promotion & promotional material preparation.
Educational Requirements
MBA/BAA in Marketing/ B.Sc (Engineering) in related field/ Graduate
Experience Requirements
2 to 4 year(s)
