Front Desk Officer - Galaxy World Logistics - Dhaka

Job Description / Responsibility
Act as the first contact point of the Office
Manage the front office of the Corporate Office of the Group
Receive telephone calls, mails, e-mails and forward them to the appropriate destinations
Receive and welcome the guests/visitors including high dignitaries and business partners with presentable and mpressive mannerism
Coordinate inter-departmental communication flows
Keep record of important information accross the corporate office
Maintain liaison of information flows with the Management and concerned parties
Send and receive faxes with due follow up
Assist the Management line in day to day office management functions
Any other jobs delegated by the Management

Educational Requirements
Graduate in any discipline or `A` Level.

Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Front Desk, Office Manager, Personal Secretary, Reception, Telephone Operator
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline/GSA, Travel Agents/Tour Operators, Overseas Companies

Additional Job Requirements
Age 22 to 30 year(s)
Only females are allowed to apply.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing front office of any reputed organization
Fluency in both English and Bangla (writing, speaking)
Able to interact with foreigner(s) in English
Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet, etc.)
Should be smart, gentle, well behaved and able to work in team
Must be pro-active and able to work with time management
Confident & positive attitude with good communication skills
Self-motivated & self-organized: ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Excellence in presentation and creativity in task
Having Good typing skills.

Salary Range
TK.10000 - 12000
