Job Description / Responsibility
Maintain the Local Area Network to ensure the system run smoothly.
Follow up and keep track of the usage of the internet facility.
Responds to user hardware and software problems in a timely and professional manner.
Performs and co-ordinates routine troubleshooting for running hardware systems i.e. LAN, Windows-based computers and printers.
Attend to all complaints received within the shortest period of time.
Negotiate with customers on expected delivery dates
Ensure that orders are planned to meet expected delivery dates.
Liaise with the vendors to purchase IT equipment and other accessories for the company.
Create back up for all users data to endure data security.
Educational Requirements
4 Years Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a reputed Govt. or Private University/College/Institute in Bangladesh
Experience Requirements
2 to 3 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hardware Engineer, IT System Management, Network Engineer/Network Administrator, Security Management of IT System , System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
Additional Job Requirements
Age 20 to 25 year(s)
Able to work with pressure.
The Applicant having minimum database knowledge will be given preference.
