Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist - Land O Lakes Inc - Dhaka

Job Description / Responsibility
Develop and/or modify when appropriate the project reporting formats and reporting responsibilities to effectively implement the Performance Management Plan;
Coordinate and oversee timing and format for data collection for all reporting cycles;
Analyze data and generate reports based on findings;
Collect data for impact indicators;
Generate all program report and success story drafts for the program;
Respond to periodic donor and headquarters requests for additional information on project activities and results;
Provide support to project stakeholders by assisting in preparing their M&E plans and training them in proper reporting techniques; provide support in problem-solving when necessary;
Liaise with project staff, implementing partners, and project stakeholders to ensure timely and complete data collection and reporting.
Maintain accurate files for all performance indicators for the program and for all activities progress;
Attend and represent the program at official meetings with government and other partners and project stakeholders in a professional manner.
Undertake regular visits to the field to support implementation of M&E
Other M&E duties as may be assigned consistent with the aims and nature of the program

Educational Requirements
Degree in agricultural business, statistics, development studies, or related field.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Monitoring, Research, Trainer, Project Coordinator/ Officer
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Development Agencies, NGOs

Additional Job Requirements
Age 28 to 50 year(s)
Minimum of 5 years experience in working with INGO/business related field in similar position.
Previous experience in U.S. Government grants, agreements and/or contracts.
Knowledge of MS Excel, any database and any statistical software required.
Strong communication, analytic, and computer skills required.
Previous experience as a trainer is desirable.
