Assistant Executive - R-A-K - Ceramics

Job Description / Responsibility

To monitor & control vendor provided guards to safeguard company.
To safeguard & protect man, machine, materials, and assets of the company by implementing sound security and emergency practices and supervising security guards.
Participating in maintaining constant surveillance of the entire factory premise to detect potential sources of security problems/threat, safety hazards and fire hazards.
Handling complaints, investigations and thorough report on untoward situations and other internal complaints as necessary.
To accomplish survey as and when required to optimize security resources.
To ensure proper maintenance of security gears like, CCTV, Archway, Metal Detector etc.
Conduct fire drill and emergency evacuation drill as per schedule.
To secure the company assets and property with full concentration.
To trained up all security personnel.
To follow-up the command and instruction of personnel department.
In any emergency situation & undertake other tasks as he may be directed to perform by his superior employee.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Graduate (Retired JCO of Armed Foces personnel will be given preference)

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Security Management
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Security Service Company, Multinational Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
