Job Description / Responsibility

1.Preparing reports on prescribed format as per pre set frequency.
2.Item & section wise cost analysis report.
3.Supervising petty cash and ensuring diligent usage of petty cash.
4.Preparing salary statement.
5.Disbursement of wages & OT as per approval with due diligence
6.Maintaining fixed asset register.
7.Preparation of vouchers & verification of monthly accounts as per company policies.
8.Signing of all challan before delivery of goods to the customer.
9.Preparation of monthly VAT register.
10.Responsible checking VAT challan
11.Preparing & reconciliation of AIT against import purchase.

Educational Requirements

ICMA (Part Qualified).
Minimum 2 years practical experience

2 to 5 year(s)

Accounts
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
