Store Officer - A well reputed Group of Industries - Munshigonj

Job Description / Responsibility

1.Able to lead the stores team efficiently.
2.Maintaining spares schedule with lead time.
3.Preparing analytical reports on prescribed format as per pre set frequency.
4.Receive & issue products/ materials as per D.O and production plan with a view to company set procedures.
5.Maintain safety reorder level for uninterrupted operation .
6.Storage of all finished goods and raw materials ensuring quality.
7.Preparing monthly inventory as per physical stock.
8.Maintain custom / VAT documents as per requirement .
9.Maintain & update records of all materials for management information.
10.Ensure on time delivery of finished goods
11.Prepare requisition for raw materials as per production plan/ demand.
12.Ensure proper storage of intermediate products in floor maintaining FIFO

Educational Requirements

Minimum 5 years practical experience in managing stores of a manufacturing organization.
Masters preferably in commerce.

5 to 9 year(s)
