Admin Manager - Pretty Group - Dhaka

Job Description / Responsibility

Plan and prepare admin budget, execute and follow up all administrative function.
To maintain office discipline and office staff management.
Co ordinate with all other department for both outer & in-house administrative function
To prepare monthly report to all administrative function.
This position is for working with the Managing Director.
This position requires excellent drafting abilities in English & Bangla.
Sound knowledge with e-mail correspondence for local and international contacts.
The individual shall require to assist all the day to day operations and maintain appointments for the Managing Director.
Must have positive attitude all the time and energy to grow within the organization.
Arranging meeting, coordination between Managing Director & various national and international organizations.
Receiving mail on behalf of Managing Director& reply accordingly.
Prepare speech for the Managing Director.
Accumulating various reports from different departments on behalf of Managing Director etc.

Educational Requirements

Masters with in any discipline from any reputed University

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration

Additional Job Requirements

Must be know the office package.
Good communication and presentation skill in English and Bangle.
Willing to take challenges.
Able to work in a stressful situation.
Willing to work in a team achieve together.
Must be self motivated and enthusiastic
