Job Description / Responsibility
The person will be required to look after the overall production of a an exclusive segment that is designed to produce a high-class brand associated with Beximco Textiles Division, the South-East Asia’s largest vertically integrated Yarn, Fabric (Woven, Knit, Denims) & Garments Manufacturing capacities with state-of-the art set up, which has been supplying a wide range of world-class RMGs to many up-market buyers/brands in the USA and Europe for more than a decade. The incumbent should have the hands-on experience in the following functions:
Ensure smooth execution of apparels production of his assigned area as per the required specifications and meet the shipment schedule
Critical Balancing of lines as required by the styles and capable of utilizing operators to do multiple operations (processes) to complete the sewing
Sew out the garments utilizing limited operators
Explore and identify the workers’ potentiality in the processes other than his assigned ones and use their newly found aptitudes
Make production plans on regular basis
Execute the plans and reach the target set by the company
Coordinate with various departments to ensure that the cutting inputs, trims & accessories are arranged well in advance
Work closely with Quality Assurance department to ensure the required standard of the sewn garments.
Keep constant Liaison with Finishing department to meet the shipment schedule and to be informed about finishing-quality related issues.
Educational Requirements
A Bachelor Degree. Educational qualification may be relaxed in case of a person with extraordinary experience and aptitude.

A solid Knowledge of Internationally accepted Quality Standard
A very good aptitude to educate and handle operators in doing multiple operations
A solid creativity and judgment to identify the workers potential of new operations and aptitude to motivate and successfully put the workers in new operations.
Ability to understand the importance of on-time delivery
Excellent communication skills
Capability to work with Internet & E-mail
