Job Description / Responsibility
Proactive in arranging and attending meeting with contractor and site personnel to identify the issues to improve the project progress and quality
Prepare effective program planning, implementation & monitoring of all project activities;
Regular monitoring of project activities against targets & take corrective measures accordingly;
Provide technical support for all jobs involved in the project to subordinates and the construction management;
Monitor proper utilization of project resources at site;
Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Engineering (Civil)
Experience Requirements
Minimum 8 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Project Management
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate/ Developer
Additional Job Requirements
Age 35 year(s) and over

Should have strong management & technical skills to ensure timely Project implementation & ability to co-ordinate with appropriate stakeholders with honesty, sincerity & accountability
Generate analytical, narrative & status report (daily/ weekly/ monthly) for the defined project on regular basis with analysis & prompt action proposals
