Job Description / Responsibility
Deployment, supervision, monitoring and management of security guards.
Regular interaction with supervisors and inspectors to ensure that all posts have the required number of security guards available at the required times.
Ensure that the post Supervisors and the guards know their duties and clearly understand the post instructions.
Coordinate with Administration branch to ensure that the post items and individual items of uniform are timely issued for the guards.
Briefing of Supervisors/Guards on a regular basis.·Visit posts on a regular basis and adjust requirements.
Any other task assigned by his superiors.
Educational Requirements
1) Minimum Graduate in any discipline from any reputed University.
Ex- BMA cadet/ BNCC cadet / retired defense personnel of the rank of JCO (Junior Commissioned Officer) will be given preference. In that case educational qualification will be relaxed.
2) Persons having 1 - 2 Years experience in the relevant field preferably in Security related job may also apply.

1) Willing to work even on holidays & for long hours.
Should have a pleasant personality with challenging attitude towards his job. Working knowledge on computer.
