Educational Requirements
Candidate must possess a recognized Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/IT/Networking or its equivalent.

Additional Job Requirements
Ability to perform high level problem identification and attempt to resolve them.
Document all troubleshooting efforts in problem ticket and make prompt notification to responsible party for resolution in order to minimize the amount of time taken to resolve customer issues.
Assist with monitoring and tracking incidents to ensure issue resolution within the parameters of Service Level Agreement.
Perform incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/requests/issues are communicated effectively and receive proper management attention.
Work independently and maintain a high-degree of professional conduct at all times
The ideal candidate should be between 18-28 years of age.

Extensive knowledge of Windows XP and Vista and allied operating systems is required for this position.
Sound working knowledge of LAN/WAN/Networks, knowledge of IT protocols, email clients and servers, experience in troubleshooting PC/Software/Networking issues will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in English is a must with a flare for spoken and written. Caring attitude will certainly add value to the position.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in Customer Service/Helpdesk environment is desired for this position.
