Job Description / Responsibility
AdeptMax Software & Telecom Services is a fast growing software development and telecom outsourcing company with offices in US and in Bangladesh. For our Dhaka office, we are seeking an experienced, talented and self motivated Web Developer to become an integral member of our Web Application Development team.
Should have experience in developing Web site, web-based content and others Graphical Interface as per our clients requirements. The responsibility includes preparing and designing database structure, architectural designs, flow-charts, DFD and other required project documents it is must.
Needs to code extensively.
Need to have good communication skill and must communicate pro actively with client and inform, inquire about project information and also work closely with Project Manager and System Analyst.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Computer Science/ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering/ B.Sc. Computing Information System (CIS).

Experience Requirements
1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

Knowledge in SDLC, UML is essential and highly recommended.
Programming Concepts (Must Required):
Knowledge in PHP, XHTML, MYSQL, AJAX, CSS (Mandatory), XML.
Graphics and Designing Concepts (Must Required):
Pure Graphics designing knowledge using tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator for Web Page Design, Flash based Banner, Intro and Advertisement, Logo Design, Leaflet, Company Brochure and others graphics related Task as per clients requirement.
Must have Design & Development Knowledge in Web 2.0 technology Standard. (Table-less is Plus).
Extra Advantage or Count as Plus. (Tremendous if you have)
PHP based Framework: Experience in MVC Framework like Smarty, CakePHP, CodeIgniter might get preference.
Experience in Content Management System (CMS) like OScommerce, ZenCart, Drupal, Joomla might get preference.
Being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good natured co-operative attitude
Must be first Learner and a self starter with high sense of urgency.
Must have ‘can do’ attitude.
