Job Description / Responsibility
The incumbent shall be responsible for counseling & motivation of workers & staffs.
The Ideal candidate must be able to handle the grievance procedures, compliance and welfare activities in Knit and Woven factory.
Educational Requirements
Minimum graduate from any reputed institute.
Experience Requirements
4 to 5 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Legal, Compliance.
The applicants should have experience in Knit and Woven factory.
Must have good knowledge in dealing the factory Compliance/ Personnel / HR issues.
Should have computer skill in MS Word, MS Excel.
