Job Description / Responsibility
To organize & Coordinate all HR & Compliance issues of the Group.
To prepare units for Compliance Audit, face buyers` auditors and ensure no negative observations.
To organize internal audits and always keep units compliant.
To monitor factory activities to detect breach of compliance and take immediate appropriate action.
To handle all HR issues efficiently.
Educational Requirements
Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
10 to 15 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
Must have practical working experience in compliance & HR department of reputed company / Multinational companies preferably in Garments factory. 10 to 15 years with 2 to 3 years experience in similar position of reputed company.
Must be well conversant with compliance audit.
Working knowledge in audit company / reputed buyer’s audit team shall be considered as added qualification.
Must be capable to handle all HR & Compliance issues of a very big company.
