Job Description / Responsibility
Assist in developing and designing monitoring plan
Collect and preserve various activity plans/schedules of different training and other activities of the program
Monitor activities at the field level according to the activity plans/schedules
Ensure use of monitoring tools (questionnaire/formats, etc)
Furnish the filled-in questionnaire/formats, etc. to the concerned authority within the stipulated time
Suggest measures based on field findings for further improvement of activities
Any other work assigned by the authority
Educational Requirements
A Masters degree or equivalent in any discipline from a reputed university. Candidates with Masters in Education (M.Ed.) or Statistics will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
Age below or equal to 35 year(s)
Experience in field level monitoring and supervision
Having Computer Skill on MS Office Management
Willingness to travel for extensive field visit in rural areas.
Interpersonal communication and ability to work under stress
Highly developed writing, communication and presentation skill
Good command over English (writing and speaking)
Experience of working in team setting and demonstrated ability to facilitate communication between professionals with a variety of cultural background
