Sr Support Executive -Support Executive - Asia Net - Dhaka

Job Description / Responsibility
Good understanding in TCP/ IP, Ethernet and fiber Optic cable networking in LAN, MAN, WAN.
Ensure corporate Clients Requirements. Such as bandwidth and various services like mail. Proxy, firewall etc.
Corporate Network Implementation, Monitoring and Maintenance.
Practical Experience in the Field of Broadband Internet Services
Experience in managing an IT help desk or Customer Care
To maintain PC`s, Network system and ability to troubleshooting of all PC’s
Able to configure POP3 and SMTP Email client software (Outlook, Eudora)

Educational Requirements
Diploma in Computer Science/Engineering
Experienced candidate will be considered for education qualifications

Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Network Engineer/Network Administrator
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP, IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements
Age 22 to 28 year(s)
Have hard working and ability to work under pressure
Team work and excellent inter personal skills
Should be strong, energetic, dynamic & self motivated.
Strong interpersonal communication skill and leadership qualities.
Good time management.
Install and Troubleshoot OS, e.g. Windows Server, RH Linux, Other Unix
Software Installation for the above.
