Job Description / Responsibility
Teach students in an enthusiastic/energetic manner
Instruct participants on aerobic exercises and toning exercises
Meet the physical demands of teaching any aerobics session(s).
(Walking, lifting and running, etc.)
Train, exercise, and take classes to maintain high levels of technical proficiency, physical ability, and physical fitness.
Record trainee’s knowledge about technical aspects, using a technical understanding of the patterns and formations of Aerobics/Pilates.
Developing a positive mindset among trainees about Aerobics/Pilates and fitness.
Continual assessment of students` practicing abilities to determine where improvement is needed.
Continual supervision of all fitness/aerobics/Pilates areas during class times to provide a relatively safe and effective and motivating environment for physical activity.
Other duties as assigned
Educational Requirements
Graduation preferred but not a bar for highly experienced candidates.
Certificate course completed in Aerobics or Fitness preferred.
2 to 5 years of experience in similar position; preferably in international arena.
Female trainers are highly encouraged to apply as we need equal number of male and female faculty

Skill Requirement: The ideal candidate(s) should have proven skills in following area(s): Instructing, Coordinating, Interpersonal and communication skills, Language Proficiency (English and Bangla), Reading Comprehension, and monitoring, etc.
Ability Requirements: The ideal candidate(s) should have proven abilities in following areas: Originality, Oral Expression, Fluency of Ideas, Spatial Orientation, Visualization, and Dynamic Flexibility, etc.
Other Requirements: Creative Thinking, Training and Instructing Others, Coordinating the Work and Activities with Program Office, Getting Information, Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships, Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates, Interpreting the Meaning of Information for Others, etc.
