Job Description / Responsibility
Organize and manage modeling photo shoot indoor and outdoor for students of the institute.
Train and consult with students about the basics and details of modeling photography.
Develop and distribute portfolios among students.
Working with students to discuss what sort of images they require and how they want to use them.
Carrying out research and preparation for a shoot.
Working in different locations, and in different circumstances, to get the right image.
Using an extensive range of technical equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting and IT software.
Communicating with students, putting them at ease, encouraging and directing them regarding all aspects of photo shoots and portfolio making.
Conceptualizing, arranging and generating still life objects, products, scenes, props and backgrounds.
Liaising with other professionals within their specialist area of work, e.g. graphic designers, writers, gallery managers or art directors.
Following up the processing and usage of images, discussing technical problems, checking for quality and dealing with concerns.
Understanding traditional film and digital photography and keeping abreast of industry trends, developments and new techniques.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor/Diploma in Photography. For highly experienced candidates education is not a bar.
Advanced Certificate course completed candidates in relevant field will get preference.

1 to 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience as a Photographer preferably in a professional modeling photography studio.
Female photographers are highly encouraged to apply as we need equal number of male and female faculty
Skill Requirement: The ideal candidate(s) should have proven skills in following area(s): Instructing, Coordinating, Interpersonal and communication skills, Language Proficiency (English and Bangla), Reading Comprehension, and monitoring, etc.
Ability Requirements: The ideal candidate(s) should have proven abilities in following areas: Originality, Oral Expression, Fluency of Ideas, Spatial Orientation, Visualization, and Dynamic Flexibility, etc.
Other Requirements: Creative Thinking, Training and Instructing Others, Coordinating the Work and Activities with Program Office, Getting Information, Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships,Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates, Interpreting the Meaning of Information for Others, etc.
