Job Description / Responsibility
Architectural design of any type of Commercial, Residential industrial Building. Communicate with consultant, Structural Engineer and other related people for improvement of projects quality. Resolve design related trouble shooting problems. Designing according to current BNBC and RAJUK rules.
Expertise in 3D Studio Max preferred.
Incumbent must be self-motivated, hardworking, have interest in creative designing
Architectural Drawing, perspective view, Steel building expertise preferable and applicant must be creative and innovative regards of design and planning.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor in Architecture from any recognized university
Experience Requirements
Minimum 4 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Designing, Drafting, Planning, Project Management
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture/Interior Design Firm, Event Management, Real Estate/ Developer
Additional Job Requirements
Age 27 to 35 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Designing, Drafting
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Must have experience in real estate industry.
Expert in Design and Drawing related software including 3D.
