Sr Executive Finance And Accounts - Aman Group of Companies - Dhaka

Job Description / Responsibility
The incumbent should be capable of maintaining/handling the entire accounts of the company including banking functions independently.
Prepare independently Cashbook, Bankbook, Receive & Payment Accounts, Bank Reconciliation, cash flow, income statement, balance sheet, cost accounting/cost analysis, audit etc).
To prepare tax accounting activities & preparing of tax records and processing of tax returns submission and others report according to requirement of directors and companies.
Ability to work on own initiative, priorities work, handle pressure and take day to day decisions on the running of the organization.
Process monthly payrolls; maintain periodic financial reports and stock inventory.
Good knowledge about tax, vat and costing for large manufacturing company. Strong knowledge in English to prepare various financial corresponding with bank & others financial institutions, develop proposals, train staff etc.
Ability to operate independently accounting software Tally & Excel (mandatory).
Must have through knowledge & experience in handling & preparing Bank documentation for export/import.
Providing necessary financial information on revenues and expenses, assets and liabilities to the management.

Educational Requirements
M.com (Accounting), MBA (Major in Finance/Accounting), ICMA/CA partly qualified are encouraged to apply.
B. Com/BBA who fulfills the requirements (over experience) can apply the same.

Experience Requirements
3 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Audit, Commercial/Export-Import, Finance, Company Secretary/Share Division, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Additional Job Requirements
Experience in sales division of reputed knit, yearn spinning mill.
Experience having manufacturing concern (Cement, Plastic, Textile, Steel, Spinning, Knitting Industry etc.) will be given preference.
