Job Description / Responsibility
Maintain personal file of all employees of the factory unit.
Develop, review and revised the Human Resources Management Guidelines defining group policies on employee recruitment, selection, compensation benefits, training & development, termination, grievances, performance appraisal etc. (Garments-WOVEN Industry).

Educational Requirements
The incumbent should an MBA major in HR or Masters in Mgt and PGDM in HRM.

Experience Requirements
8 to 10 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HR, Compliance
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven & Knitting)

Additional Job Requirements
Only males are allowed to apply.
5 to 7 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Organization Development/Process Improvement.
