Job Description / Responsibility
Manage front-end-operations of customer care centers effectively and provide outstanding customer service
Provide all information according to customer queries
Deliver customer satisfaction through better customer care and maintain necessary records
Prepare and submit daily reports on type and number of customer queries received
Attend customer queries over telephone and instantly render requested support
Gather information regarding product, market and customer and recommend products to customers based on customers’ interests
Should have excellent documentation and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Previous work experience in customer service department of Telecoms/ ISP/ IT companies will get priority
Educational Requirements
BBA (MBA will be added advantage) in relevant subject from any recognized university.
IBA / North South University graduates are preferred
Experience Requirements
2 to 4 year(s)
