Call Management Officer - Cyber Jahan - Dhaka

Job Description / Responsibility
Attend customer queries over telephone and instantly render requested support
Handle all customer calls with utmost politeness and courtesy
Set appointment date and time with clients and forward the information to appropriate customer care center for necessary action
Be up-to-date at all times about company’s products/services in order to provide clients with accurate information
Work closely under the guidance and direction of the Marketing/Sales & Customer Care Manager

Educational Requirements
BBA (MBA will be added advantage) in relevant subject from any recognized university.
IBA / North South University graduates are preferred

Experience Requirements
2 to 4 year(s)
